EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE CARING, SENSITIVE, QUICK-RESPONSE INSURANCE FIRE / WATER DAMAGE REPAIR HOME REMODELING Residential / Commercial Don Bybee Construction since 1999 And 29 Years Total Experience |
THE COFFEE URN BLUEBONNET CIRCLE, FORT WORTH Sheri Rice, Owner
When the business adjacent to The Coffee Urn burned, The Coffee Urn's ceiling suffered smoke damage, and then water damage caused by the process of putting out the fire. Don Bybee's job entailed tearing both the damaged ceiling and another old, original ceiling above it and then rebuilding a new one. Fire walls were also added to meet current code requirements. Don and his dedicated crew were on the site practically around the clock in order to get Rice back into business and satisfy the Health Department that the job was done right. "Don was really nice. He had to coordinate between the contractors and work with the insurance agency and the Health Department. He stayed late every every night and got the job finished so that we only lost one week of business from having to be closed," commented Rice. |
"When it comes to anything having to do with insurance work, it usually requires a background in that area because the job differs from normal remodeling. Don offers a lot of specialized knowledge in that area. We often refer people to Don when they are dealing with an insurance claim. He helped us in the past on a consulting basis in another particular case when one of our new model homes was damaged. We found him to be a great help to us." -- Fred Parker |
